Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customised, personalised, or engraved items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Earrings are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to availability and must also meet the return eligibility criteria.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
